On 05 Feb 2024, Dr Duncan Depledge presented the initial findings of the NETZMIL project to a group of MoD servants. The presentation was part of Work Package 1, entitled “Understand”, and concludes the project’s first phase. The interaction and the questions coming from the participants brought significant insights for the project’s next steps.
The presentation was based on the series of interviews carried out across the MoD, showing that although there has been room for low-carbon niche innovations in the past few years, there are significant obstacles to overcome regarding culture, capabilities and concepts.
